About RHJ Media

What We Do

RHJ Media specialises in working with clients in the technology sector to improve their B2B communications. We help them to explain the benefits of their complex solutions to the widest-possible audience – not just tech-savvy CTOs, but also the finance and procurement specialists who may not speak the technical lingo, but have their hands on the purse strings. Our services include:

  • Documentation – sales proposals, tenders, case studies, product documents, awards entries and much more besides
  • Training – we’ll create bespoke training programmes and materials and then deliver them for you in person or online – for your own staff, your partners or your customers
  • Presentations and product demonstrations – let us be the face of your company at trade shows, conferences and business meetings

Of course, to do all of that, we need to fully understand your company and your products or services. That’s where our efficient and speedy business analysis skills come in. We know just the right questions to ask to get at the information we need.

RHJ Media is based in Norwich, within easy reach of London. We provide services to customers throughout the UK and overseas and can work remotely or from your premises as required.

As an independent company, RHJ Media prides itself on providing a prompt, high-quality service at competitive prices.

Beccy Johnston

RHJ Media was founded by Beccy Johnston, a journalist and digital marketer who combines a rare blend of technical understanding, writing and presentation skills to provide a unique service.

Beccy’s experience includes 15 years of working in broadcast and interactive news where she wrote and presented news output for market leaders including Sky News, ITN and Emap Radio. At Sky News, she developed and delivered video-rich interactive services including the Sky News Active red button service, and Sky’s video podcast feeds. She won a Royal Television Society Innovation award in 2008 for implementing Sky’s new video management platform.

Moving into the B2B sector, Beccy worked for content security firm Irdeto, where she produced documentation including sales proposals, RFP responses, data sheets, user guides and training materials. She also devised and delivered in-depth training courses on Irdeto’s broadband solutions and provided demonstrations at a number of trade shows.
